Korean Dictionary + App Reviews

Its basically a korean/english dictionnary in your pocket, and its good for beginners like me, but you better know exactly how to spell the word you are looking for, otherwise you wont find it! It would be really cool if the suggestions list (that appears when you start typing) could be a little more comprehensive, as when you hear a word, youre not always sure of how its spelled.. Apart from that, its a really nice app! Keep up the good work!

Bad if you want to find a Korean word in English. For example, I forgot the word job in Korean so I searched it using this app. I couldnt find the noun form of the word, only the verb form, and even with the verb form it gives you so many options without explaining anything about what they mean that its confusing.

iPhone 4S. Search function does not work. Enter a word to search, gives you a random word you did not enter. Whats the point of a dictionary app if you cant search for words?

As a Korean speaker I can say this is the best two way dictionary..great app maker..the games are pretty cool too :)

It is not good as the one I used for free but it is nothing wrong in using.

As someone rather fluent in Korean already, this dictionary has not been beneficial. Words I need are not listed or are only listed as part of an expression or phrase (the base/ root word is unlisted). Why?? It wasnt completely unhelpful, but Im searching for another, more useful, dictionary.

Im convinced whoever programmed the "Word of the Day" vocab list is punking me at this point. Blushfully? Orlon? Really? Are these really words Ill ever use?

I understand that Korean is a verb-centric language, but this Dictionary goes WAY overboard with giving you the verb form of a word and not the (more obvious) noun form. Examples include "winter" "string" "ticket" etc are ALL given to you as their verb forms, not the (distinctly different) nouns. This makes the dictionary very hard to trust at times. So frustrating.

The word of the day is absolutely useless, and the verbs are awkwardly translated!!

I really like it! I didnt know get limited amount of times to hear pronunciation..... If known would have used all my so quick! Overall fair and useful, large amount of words! Love word of the day.......

and not worth even downloading. there are other korean language apps out there that are free
